MENTORING PROGRAM

KNA is about people, and we understand that our most valuable resource is our employees. Our mentoring program is designed to benefit less experienced engineers by providing them with the necessary resources, guidance and experience essential to their professional development.

Younger engineers are often teamed with a seasoned Project Manager who provides valuable guidance throughout the design and construction process. Teamed mentoring has proven to benefit engineers in preparing them for professional licensing exams.

We offer our employees with comfortable and custom designed new workstations. We invest in state-of-the-art networking technology including high-end hardware, a comprehensive library of the latest engineering and BIM software, allowing us to be as efficient as possible.
